Smelly Underpants??
Question: My underwear smell not fishy exactly, and not musky. I have been to the doctor and it is not a yeast infection or a bacterial infection. It's just natural... and it's totally gross. I was hoping someone had a solution.
Answers: It may smell gross to you, but to a potential lover, it's an aphrodisiac. Really.
I'm giving you some links about feminine hygiene. Read them and make certain you understand them. And in the meantime, perfume is a lousy idea period. It's a part of the petrochemical business, and you may as well just smear crude oil all over you.
If you are on birth control... Sometimes when you are on your last week before your sugar pills your body gets bodly fluids because it knows it's going to start it's period soon, it's normal, just make sure you wash down there everyday, and if it still persists and you hate it and can't take it anymore ask your doctor if there's anything you can take, also look it up online
try drinking more water and not washing with soap use the summers eve wash when ya take a bath put a lil bit vinager in ur water

Vagina infections and the smell of the vagina are affected by lifestyle, diet, weight etc.
Vaginal infections can be prevented and your vagina can have a healthy smell by following the tips below:
1. Diet
Eat a healthy diet cigarettes alcohol and drugs should be cut down, as should heavily spiced foods, junk food and red meat.
Try and eat as naturally as possible and drink lots of water.
2. Cleanliness
Odor-producing bacteria can thrive on the vulva and must be cleaned off to prevent vaginal inflections.
For most women find that washing the genital area daily with a simple, fragrance-free soap keeps them clean and fresh.
Since your vagina essentially self-cleans, douching is unnecessary. In fact, douching upsets the delicate balance between good and bad bacteria in the vaginal ecosystem.
Because infections such as yeasts are found in the intestine, It is important after going to the toilet to wipe front to back vaginal area first, rectum after.
During sex it is very important to avoid contamination of the vagina with organisms from the bowel, or rectum.
3. Clothing
To prevent vaginal infections make sure your clothing breathes, avoid tight garments and fabrics containing a high percentage of synthetic fibers.
Keep in mind also that tampons and diaphragms left too long in the vagina can create a very strong unpleasant odour.
4. Use condoms
Use Panty Liner and also you may want to use K'zanah Manjakani Plus Feminine Wash with manjakani, daun sirih and aloe vera, fulfils a woman's needs for freshness and confidence, and loving care for her most intimate area. douching is your best friend, on top of that eat more sweet fruits because you tend to sweat what you eat if its sweet and smells good then that is what you'll sweat.
Try using RepHresh which can be found almost anywhere..like Wal-Mart and Target. RepHresh is an over-the-counter vaginal gel clinically proven to maintain healthy vaginal pH. It’s colorless, odorless and long-lasting—just one application lasts for three full days. It’s safe to use long-term and during pregnancy. What’s even better is there’s no mess, no panty liners to wear. And you can feel good knowing that RepHresh is recommended by gynecologists across the country (http://www.lildrugstore.com/RephreshCat.... This stuff is supposed to balance the pH level in your vagina which could be a cause of an unpleasant odor down there. Good luck!!
spray perfum on the underwear
If you got checked out by the dr and found that there is no known cause for an odor, how about wearing pantiliners each day. Carefree makes one. I wear them due to my having discharge (which cleared with the ob/gyn as benign but don't like suppositories). Perhaps you can get one with baking soda to neutralize odors. Please do Not douche as that can kill the good bacteria in your system. And, for me at least, soap is too irritating. Spraying perfume on your underwear may be too irritating as well. I'm wondering if you should get retested and reexamined from another gyn just to be sure that all i's were dotted and all t's were crossed -- that nothing was missed or overlooked. Good luck
