I have irregular periods, i want monthly period, please help.??

Question: i get period once or twice in 6months. i need to know the cause for this and a solution for my problem.
Answers: How old are you? Are you on any medications? Are you anorexic? If you started your periods over a year ago, I would go and ask your doctor because this could be hormonal.
Why would you want that? If you want to regulate your periods then you should take birth control pills if you can ask your mom or gardian if they will buy you some. They also make periods shorter and lighter but they are more regular. This information is off a site about periods:
I understand your reluctance to take the pill long term. Fortunately there is much you can do to regulate your own cycle. Initially, adjust your exercise programme to include yoga classes three days a week, maintaining gentle, low-impact activities (like swimming and cycling) on the other days. A hatha yoga class, which focuses on breathing, relaxation and meditation, would be good for you. Simple breath-led sequences followed by lying twists and gentle backbends would be among the first instructions I would share with you. When practising yoga, or just consciously breathing, direct your breath and positive, calming visualisations to the abdomen, throat and forehead. Yoga is remarkably effective at balancing the endocrine system, which can be adversely affected by strong exercise and stress. Make sure you get enough sleep, and looking at your diet with a nutritionist would be helpful. Regular yoga practice will also help with your mental and physical wellbeing.
the solution is birth control pills it will regulate your periods
The pill...it works
get on the pill..if you are already on the pill and still irregular you need to see your doctor
go on birth control pills or the patch, this will regulate your periods
Going on Birth Control will give you a regular menstrual cycle. There are side effects to taking Birth control though. See your doctor for all the information.
your age and eating habits & if you excercise alot can be contributing factors
Go to your gyno...ask to start taking birth control. It will help to regulate your cycles.
consider yourself lucky. my girlfriend gets them every 2 weeks and they're irregular
A number of things can cause Irregular periods. The best thing is go to your family Dr. and ask for birth control. It will put you on track and help with ance and cramping. Make sure you tell your Dr. about the irregular periods that you have.
First of all... how old are you?

second of all... have you been gaining weight?

third... have you been getting excessive pimples?

four... have you been experiencing anything else abormal?
