Everytime I Shave I Get A Rash On My Lower Leg Near My Ankles....??
Question: is there any cream to help it ? and the day after i shave my legs get really itchy to the point where it burns if itched...is there a cream for that as well...? any other solutions?

I have the same problem. You are going to have to go to a dermatologist. He or she might prescribe you something else, but I do know that Protopic works great for me.
