How do i make my boobs unsaggy??


Question: im a teenager (14) and im noticing that my boobs are getting a bit saggy , the good thing is that they are getting bigger, am i too old to make them change shape with bras or is there no solution
Answers: hi you can do exercises to tighten the pectoral muscles underneath your chest so they perk you up. lift your hands up towards the ceiling so they point upwards with your arms forward. then press the arms together. Its like using that big weight machine at the gym. see the link for a picture of it and imagine doing the same. Do 15 repetitions a day (minimum) but can do more if you get time. This does work as ive noticed a quick difference. You can hold some cans of food in each hand or weights for quicker effect. Good luck!
u cant have saggy boobs at 14 just wear the right fitting bras u shouldnt have any problems.
Anything you could do you'd have to wait till you are 18, there are a few exceptions though.

If your back is fine then get a good supportive bra.
If you have really big boobs, then make sure you wear a very supportive bra ALL the time. If you have C cup or below then I doubt they are getting saggy...probably just growing bigger. Your boobs can't PERK at a size c or d like they do when your a smaller size. There is weight in there....naturally they go down some.
There is not much you can do. It is a matter of muscle tone and genetics. Some of the Central American Indians have huge boobs and incredible support. Others have small saggy ones. Stay physically active and work out. Can't do much more than that.

make sure you are wearing the right size bra to support you, otherwise your problems will only get worse the older you get.
i doubt they are getting saggy, they are probably just growing bigger, no one has saggy boobs at 14!

At 14 years I would be suspicious that there is a weight issue, so I would watch this. Otherwise all I can suggest is pectoral muscle exercises might help.

Once the tissue has stretched there is no way to tighten it again. You could try push ups - this works the muscle underneath the breast thus making them more perky.
Lifting weights will strengthen the chest muscles and make your boobs look perkier. But don't lift too much weights or they might start shrinking...

Make sure, if your bra fit you proper. It shouldn't saggy as all. If your breast get bigger, you will need get bigger cup.
