How do yu make milk??
Question: Hi I'm 12 and i heard that you can make breastmilk without being pregnant
no i don't want to get pregnant i'm just curious about mmyself.

You most certainly *can* make breastmilk without being pregnant. It's called induced lactation. Women who adopt young babies do this from time to time, and I know several that have.
It requires frequent stimulation of the breast by using a breast pump several times a day. Sometimes, women are prescribed medication that can help stimulate the breasts to produce milk, but the medication alone won't cause the breasts to lactate. Frequent stimulation is the key.
The body produces certain hormones when the nipples are stimulated, similar to how a baby stimulates them when they nurse. These hormones tell the breasts to start the milk production process, and over time, the breasts should start producing some milk. Many women are able to breastfeed their adopted children by using this method.

you have to be pregnate ask ur mom or a female friend/adult. If your curious, get a full-length mirror, get naked, and look around. Its ok. Ur curious. I was when I was ur age!
