Question: I get these very bad cramps when i run, not from my period, & not because im out of shape, cause i've been
running, or attempting to run, everyday for about a month now. Why's this happening and how can i stop?
It happens both when i drink and eat withing two hours before i run & when i don't. Please give me a solution. I want to run and be able to do sports.
Answers: You may be dehydrated. Try drinking a lot of water (1 oz for every pound of body weight) consistently for three days, then go for a run. Make sure you drink an extra 2 oz. for every 15 minutes of exercise. If this doesn't work, go see a doctor, it may be something serious.
i think it is caused by over training.. u need to get enough rest before ur muscles and joints are fully recovered.. if you run every day i suggest you to run 3 times a week and do strength trainning.. combine your running exercise with weight lift.. it makes your bones and joints more stronger
maybe is due to the type of food u r having, maybe ur digestions it´s slower... maybe are gasses... there too many possible explanations honey... smetimes, it happens coz we don´¨t breath well while we run, use ur nose to breath and expulse it by the mouth, make some warm up exercises and don´t be so strong with ur moves... take care
and if sth happens with ur hearth or sth. stop what ur doing

Try eating a banana everyday. Having low potassium is a common cause of muscle cramping, and eating a banana is the easiest way to fix that!
