Milk in breast??

I have the same thing and I had to go to the doctor. I got a prescription. Also, I have tried blessed thistle. There are some teas out there that you can try and also drops on Ebay called More Milk Plus that could help you. Good Luck

Since in MEN'S health you said your balls itch, I would suggest just going to the store and buy some milk.
Because you are never going to get any out of your 22 YO male breasts.

try to breast feed your baby as often as you can. babies find it easier to suck at bottles, so if you try to breast feed them after you give them bottles they refuse breast feeding because they fnd the bottle easier (babies also like an easy life you know). if your baby stops breast feeding, your milk starts declining till it stops completely.
you might also try to stimulate your breast by touching it often.
i heard that if people keep touching their breast, they produce oxytocin which stimulates lactation. if men do it they might also start lactation (but obviously they have to stimulate it a lot and it is not recommended - their milk is not exactly good).
however, you should ask your doctor, or else an endocrinologist, for expert help. in this way you'll be sure to get professional help.
ps. if lactation starts on its own, ie not after a pregnancy, (in both women and men) it is not a very good sign. i recommend that you seek medical attention as quickly as possible.
