What kind of vitamins should I be taking??
Question: I'm about to start working out, and eating healthier. (in about a year we're going to start trying to get preggers) I know I should take a multi-vitamin, but is there anything else I should take also? I've heard the fish oil (omega?) is a good one? Any others?
I don't need any extra calcium.... I'm a major milk drinker! : )
Answers: One multivit a day along with extra folic acid (prevents birth defects) Stay away from alcohol, prescription drugs or OTC, sleep well,exercise and limit your caffeine.

the only vitamin that causes you some benefit will be folic acid. otherwise there are no evidence for other vitamins causing any benifit in any person

Take One a Day Women Vitamins. Omega take the lowest dose one a day with a meal. and drink lots of water.
Just regular vitamins is more than adequate. You don't need supplements unless there is a problem that you've noticed. If you have a good, rounded diet, you don't even need the vitamins.
