Billberry for the eyes??

Question: i took some tablets of these once and my vision went blurry.
coincidence or did the tablets have anything to do with it?
Answers: Lutein is a natural carotenoid that has antioxidant properties and is found in the macula of healthy eyes.
Lutein is available as a single supplement or in combination with other ingredients, such as Lycopene or Bilberry
I would doubt that it would have that effect under normal conditions, so maybe you are sensitive to it?
If it happens again and you are taking it for your eyes you could try just a lutein supplement
stay off it for a while & try it again. then you'll know.

the herb eyebright is for the eyes. not sure what bilberry 's for, i've heard of it.

Google it or go to swanson.com, they have details on everytihing & great products.
Bilberry is supposed to aid strong capillaries and help fight against eye strain and macular degeneration. But i'm not convinced if it was that easy my eye surgeon would have recommended them!.You could always try taking them again and see what effect you have but like all alternative medicine you do have to watch side effects.
