Is it better to stand or sit while putting in and taking out contacts??
Question: Which is easier? Do you stand or sit? Do you use a mirror?

I stand and don't use a mirror... but ive had contacts for years now. I just look at a certain object to keep my eye still.
As for sitting or standing, whatever more comfy for you is best.
Sure you can cry! But dont rub very harshly and excessively, you can feel when they will start to move.
sitting down at a table with a mirror might work the best but what ever is more comfortable for you and works go with that
