Does laser eye surgery work on hypermetropia??

Answers: It does work on hyperopia, but there is a limit to the amount of hyperopia that it corrects. I wouldn't recommend going in for laser vision correction if your prescription is +4.00 or higher as it may lead to chronic dryness.

Your best option is to schedule a consultation at a reputable, locally-owned laser vision center. ALL CONSULTATIONS SHOULD BE PROVIDED AT NO COST. They'll be able to walk you through all the nitty gritty details.
This is commonly known as far-sightedness, and yes, laser surgery works for that defect as well as for near-sightedness (myopia) and corneal irregularities (astigmatism).
