Where do i find a cheap eye exam in san francisco??
Question: i am currently uninsured, and i need an eye exam - bad. i am on my last pair of contacts and its been a yr and a half since i had an eye exam, im sure my prescription has changed. money is really tight right now, does anyone know of a dr in the city who offers cheap exams to the uninsured? help please!!!!
Answers: Do any of your wal-marts have an optometrist? That's where I went and it was around 40 bucks
You should go to the best eye Dr. not the cheapest. My eyes got worst three years ago because I decided to go to a cheap Dr. for the same reason as you (uninsured and no money). I will never make that mistake again...Take my advice save some money and try to go to the best Eye Doctor.
Im not from the area, but most all WALMARTS have an eye center, and on an emergency I went there for an exam, it was very cheap and they did a good job, check them out..its not fre, but a lot les than an an optician with their own practice, their glasses and contacts are the same brands but cost less too
I was going to suggest the DMV, but I guess that's what you need the eye exam for, right? Sorry, I don't know of any doctors anywhere that offer cheap anything. You're probably just going to have to save, beg, borrow, steal, or cheat.
You should decide both on cost and quality/reputation of the doctor for your eye exam. I suggest to search by zip code or full address on the 2020vision4less network.
You've heard of the yellow pages let your fingers do the walking...some doctors take payments, call and find out!
