Wut kind of eye exercises did youdo to cure/help your myopia??

Answers: Sorry, there are no exercises to cure myopia. Don't waste youre money trying to find any!
The wide majority of people who try eye techniques to cure myopia fail... mostly because they essentially do not really work... if you really want you can try the bates method, I finally found someone who claims that it worked for her in person and now she teaches the practice to others.. very interesting lady.
Apperently she use to be -4.50 and wore glasses for 30 years, now she sees 20/20... of course there is no 100 percent way to know for sure exacltly what she sees but she seemed honest...
either way sorry break it to you but those cases are rare, do some research if you want but you make turn up disappointed...
