Do replica or knock-off sunglasses sold in kiosks in the mall offer real UV protection??

Question: Yeah I know they're tinted. But even the $10 sunglasses at Wal-Mart have a sticker saying 95% UV-A and UV-B Protection or the like. The replicas say nothing that I've seen. Am I protecting my eyes?
Answers: They probably have *some* UV protection, but it should not be *assumed* that just because they are tinted, they offer 100% protection. I would only purchase sunglasses that specifically state it on the lens or tag. You want to block it all out, not just some or most of it.
They do actually. All sunglasses offer UV protection. If you are in doubt, then take them to an eye doctor for testing.
yes...they do
Even the knock-off sunglasses should offer some level of UV protection.
