What do I do when I am taking out my contacts and they get stuck to my eye??

Question: This has happened before, and it is very unconfortable. It feels weird, and then I start to panic. What are some ways to avoid this?
Answers: Put a drop or two of rewetting solution in before taking them out......I tore the surface of my left eyeball off doing that!! Be careful and use the rewetting drops before trying to take them out!!
your eyes are really dry...mine do it mostly at night time...just slightly pinch them...i a lot of times move mine to the corner of my eye to take them out and they will fold a lil bit
Drip some wetting solution in your eye and float it out!
you should start taking them out everyday and use re wetting drops as often as possible. also ask your eye doc about monthly wear contacts they are more porous and let your eye breathe more freely.
As everyone says put some drops in first. It may be a good idea to get a different brand of lense. One that lets more air in. Talk to your optometrist about it.
Uses eye drop before removing or best of all change the brand as the lenses fitting or material might not be suitable for you.
put in some rewetting drops, that will moisten your contact and your eye. wait like 5 minutes and try again. seriosuly, this happens to me every morning when i sleep wiht my contacts but i just take a shower and afterwards they just come out like normal. i hope this helps
Don't sleep in contacts. if you can not remve them after wetting than go to eye doctor. you are also probably over wearing your lenses
your eyes are too dry... get some drops before you take them out
