How do you make eye puffiness and redness like after you've been crying go away faster??

Answers: Cut a potato in half. Lie down, place the cut side on the potato one on each eye. Lie still for about 20mins, it will help you tremendously. I am not joking. Please try it and see.
Put a baggie of ice or a really cold, wet washcloth, or cold cucumber slices over your eyes for a couple minutes.
Try a cold cloth. For some people its difficult to get rid of in a hurry, so if your one of them, say u got something in your eye, you have some irration.
wash your face with cool water and drink a lot of water and SLEEP IT OFF.
everything that they said, and then add a little bit of white eyeliner or shadow to give the illusion of your eyes being open more, put it by the tear duct and then on ur brow bone
Cold water
I know this is going to sound silly but it works, I promise. Keep a box of baby wipes around. They're great for removing make up. They're also fantastic for what you're describing. What you do is take a few baby wipes, put them in a sandwich bag, and keep them in the fridge. If you wake up with swollen eyes, or if you've been crying and your eyes are swollen, wipe them down with a chilled baby wipe, or gently press the baby wipe to your eyes.

Important: look for the unscented baby wipes, because the scented ones may cause allergies for you.

If you'd rather not use baby wipes, you can do the same thing with a washcloth, honey. Just wet it down and put it in the freezer for about 2 minutes. It'll be really cold. Press it to your eyes, and the swelling will go down, as will the redness.

Cheer up hun. Hugs 4 you.
ice can reduce swolen eyes
Put a warm washcloth over your face and eye area for a couple of minutes to help the blood flow a little and then after that, put a cold face cloth over that same area. should help you feel much better and relieve puffiness..
