What's the best solution to a hernia located under my belly button??
Answers: U can ether have surgery or try taping a quarter over it every day for about 2months and if that doesn't work then u need surgery.
Depends on the size of hiatal hernia. I'd talk to doctor who specializes in hernias. Most doctors want to put you on meds for GERDS. I don't have acid reflux with my hernia, so am seeing a hernia specialist.

the only good choice is surgery i tried other methods first but they had temporary results if any. after the surgery plan on being laid up for a couple days though
