How is it to use a wig for a bald person??

why bother...you will be worried about it all the time. Too much energy wasted on such a small deal. Shave your head and leave it that way. You are making a big deal over nothing, and a wig will drive you nuts...always worried about wind, is it in place, does it show, what will they think of me....and on and on. Forget about it.
Men who are bald should not bother with a toupee. It doesn't matter to us (women).
