Lets make a list of good habits to keep ourselves beautiful..ok??
Question: What to do?
to be pimple free,
pores free,
wrinkle free,
with no dark circles,
with no marks on face,
to have a normal skin,
good figure and
to have a good health....ok friends??
Let me start with what i know and then u can share your views.
According to me
1>exercising regularly
2>eat in time
3>sleep for 8 hours without thinking anything else
4>drinking minimum 8 glasses of water
What else??

Answers: don't smoke. don't wear too much make-up (later on in life, your face will pay for it. i've seen it happen). take good care of your hair, and teeth.

>lots of veggies
>no tans (tans can give you skin Cancer or freckles)
>wear sunglasses
>use body a body lotion that works on your skin.
>>>and do not have too many kids(more than 2)
yes u r right and besides these things tat u say the first thing is to trust on Allah and pray and put ur skin from sun and bad weather and dust and u can do these things by wearing (hejjab)
iam a muslim girl that is y i told u this coz it is in Islam saying.
Smoke at least 3 packs a day so your lungs aren't thrown into shock from breathing the air when you go to the city, always stop before the bottle is empty (unless you have another full one), don't over exert yourself and risk pulling a muscle by exercising more than once or twice a month (even then in moderation), don't eat too many vegetables as they give you the runs, eat lots of rare red meat since it doesn't, eat lots of fried foods and keep your cholesterol at a nice high level to help keep your blood from getting too thin, eat a lot of sweets and candy to make sure you don't suffer from low blood sugar, keep a good layer of fat on your body so you don't get cold in the winter.
Isn't it ironic that all of the reasons given for each thing actually make sense?
Almost forgot: Don't worry about your health so you don't have a heart attack caused by the stress created from worrying about your health.
Stop being so self centered?
Be as stress free as possible. Stretch before you exercise. Smile a lot.
