I need to define my abs!??

Question: i have a pretty flat stomach and its mostly muscel but it was a bit of definition.

oh and any solutions for better posture
Answers: If you have a decent abdominal muscle bed you need only train abs twice a week - about 20 minutes a session incorporating 2-3 different exercises per abs workout. If not able to sustain intense abs contractions for very many minutes at beginning, do 3 times a week. Maintain a high protein and low carbohydrate diet at all times. Lower the carbs, the more you want abs to be defined. Normally, eat between 80-100 grams of carbs and 125 grams of protein daily. Don't bother to count fat grams - most of the fat will burn right away during exercise. Drop carbs to 40-60 grams daily to define abs even better - most important element to get the great abs you dream about. Regarding what to eat and what to avoid make your own intelligent decisions through learning about carbs and protein content of various foods. Read the labels and buy a good Food Count paperback. Corinne Netzger's book, The Complete Book of Food Counts is one you could try. Regarding posture, that is very much a matter of being conscious about it all the time.
Definitely yoga helps. Even sitting in the meditation pose in a lotus (or half lotus and switching legs if you have to) for half hour is great training. You should do it with spine completely straight. An hour is even better. Best learn and do in a Hatha Yoga class initially.
