Does milk really makes you grow taller??

Question: im thirteen and i need to grow taller. im kinda already really developed but only 4 9 tall. does milk work? or do you have any other susgesstions to help me grow ?
Answers: You need to provide your body with real vitamins and minerals from vegetables and natural foods. Sugar and white flour and fried foods that have no nutritional value can actually stunt your growth. I do not drink milk. Humans are the ONLY species that drinks milk after they are babies...PLUS we drink it from another species! I wouldnt give my cat my breast milk! Thats just wrong. You are still young! Eat really healthy (tons of veggies!), drink lots of water, get enough sleep and exercise regularily, dont smoke or do drugs (they can make you smaller) and with time you will grow! Dont be impatient! You are only a kid once!
Milk will help you, but as part of a balanced diet, so dont think that you drinking only milk will get larger bones. You will only get Diarreah.
Are your parents taller than your actual height? because I would bet that before you are done growing, you will pass the smallest of your family. Try swimming and gymnastics.
milk is good source of calcium
Milk has no nutritional value for humans.

Calcium is a mineral, and the best source of minerals for the body are plants (leafy green vegetables), not cows. Minerals come from the earth ,not from animals. (You see what the cows eat, right?) The diary and agriculture industries propagate the myth that milk is healthy, and the FDA backs it up because they are bought and paid for.

Pay attention to your health, stay active, don't smoke, think positive and you'll be as tall as you can be.
Milk keeps your bones strong. Growing is something else. My daughter is 18 and when she was 17 she was only 4'9 . Never know, you still may grow.
And you shouldn't worry. There are doctor's out there that help with growth hormones. Maybe you should talk to your parents about this. I had seen it on 20/20, Dateline, 60 Minutes...one of those types of shows. The results seemed to work.
milk is gud for bones n teeth but well increase in height no ideas.
