I sometimes have bad breath but it doesn't have anything to do with my teeth. What seems to be the problem??

Question: I suspect its from my tummy ... or the kind of food i eat... what's the best solution?
Answers: Bad breath is often caused by the bacteria on your tongue. You should be sure to brush your tongue as well as your teeth. Also, they have special tongue scrapers that might be more effective than just using a tooth brush.

If I feel like I have a bad taste in my mouth I chew Dentyne gum. It makes your breath smell a lot better and it helps clean your teeth too (and its sugarless, which is better for your teeth).
It is true, mostly from the food you eat. To deodorize yourself, eat a few sprigs of fresh parsley after a meal, and that will sanitize your breath. Otherwise use a deodorizing gum like Eclipse . Plaque behind your teeth can also be the culprit. Ask your dentist to remove plaque if you have them.
You could be having gastic problems also. Drink lots of water and consult with the physician.
That's what I was going to say. It could be do to stomach problems. If you eat garlic or raw onions you can eliminate them. If you have noticed that after having eaten a certain food that day this happens knock them off also. Apart from that rinsing your mouth with mouth wash after meals can help. If you feel you have tried these things and still the problem continues. See a doctor.
This is gonna sound totally gross but it could be pus collecting in your tonsils at the back of your throat. Sometimes i get hard yellow pus stuck in the little holes of my tonsils (if you open really wide and stick your tounge out as far as possible you should be able to see them).

They absolutely stink and can make your breath really really bad without knowing the cause of it. Most of the time they will just come away naturally and most people don't notice it. Everybody produces this stuff in their tonsils, it's part of the body's defence in the glands but some people experience this strange hard yellow pus stuff.

Have a look, it may be that they are lurking and you can try and gargle to get them out.

I'm sure everyone thinks this is totally awful but it's not as uncommon as you think.

Hope this helps.
your tongue! Take a plastic card from your wallet and push down on the back of your tongue.. Then pull it forward.. It's all dead bacteria living on your tongue.

(you MAY have noticed how white your tongue usually is...)
I think it's from your intestine. You should clean your intestine from toxic and plaks that surrounds it. From young you eat many kinds of food and the waste accumulate in your intestine. Hence lead to bad ordour which emit through your mouth. I know a way to clean it. I forgot the name of the thing.
