Is milk bad??

Question: how is milk harmful to our bodies? how does milk effect children? what diseases can we get by consuming milk and dairy products?
Answers: Milk is a good protein food and a good calcium food.

If you wish to avoid the cholesterol in milk you can always switch to skim milk.

Some people who are lactose intolerant can always switch to lactose free milk that you can get at major supermarkets.

People with sinus problems are better off switching to soy milk because cow's milk and all other dairy products are mucus generating foods.
The only kind of illness you can get from milk is if you drink RAW milk that hasn't been pastuerized.
It can be in some ways:
1. Of course if you're lactose-intolerant
2. High Cholesterol
3. High in fat
4. Whole milk just tastes nasty (it is exactly like drinking straight from the utter)
BUT...
It helps bones with younger children to build them and the elderly with osteoporosis
Milk is basically good for us. You CAN be allergic to it--you can be lactose intolerant (causing stomach problems) and it is not good for your cholesterol (that is mostly in older people)
i could answer your question in detail but i'd rather say this: EVERYTHING IS BAD IN SOME WAY and theres no way in escaping it. its ALL AROUND US. the air we breathe, the sun rays, the food and even medicine. theres really no point in trying to stay free of bad things. i myself am moderate in all things. i dont stay outside too long and i dont drink too much milk. too much of anything is a bad thing and thats what you should think of but eliminating something is not the answer.
Why do you think milk is bad? Milk is good for you unless you are allergic to it - then it may make you sick. You would know if you are allergic as you would get stomachaches and be ill. That is called lactose intolerance.
