Can't sleep...??

Question: Anyone know anything that will help me fall asleep? I haven't been able to fall asleep for the past 3 days, I'm almost 16 and I don't know how many people my age are insomniacs so I'm hoping there's a solution to my problem. PLEASE HELP!!! I'M EXHAUSTED!!!
Answers: You really need to keep a strict routine. My teens went through a phase that they didn't sleep much. I thought, Go ahead and stay up all night and we'll see who's falling asleep after school! ......then they don't. Teens have the computer and cell phones that they use in their rooms too much. Try to stay away from those say after 10 or 11 in the summer time. Then promply get yourself into bed at that time every night. And.....this is gonna suck.....set your alarm and make sure you are up every morning by 7 or 8. Stay active, physically, during the day. You have to be doing things to tire yourself out also. Hope this helps. Good luck.
think of someting u love and take a hot shower
teenagers sometimes go in cyles like that can't sleep for days then sleep for 16 hours straight when they do, you body will re align itself in time this may go on for 12 months, valerian herb will help relax your body and fall asleep naturally
also putting on tv and getting comfortable with a duna should help, a radio on very softly in your room could help, sometimes you get used to noise around all the time and if the sub concience doesnt hear it you can't sleep. heres a little affimation to ease your worries I let all my worries be taken into the universe to be solved, I now sleep freely use this to help ease any anxiety good luck.
are you having mental stress or anything.Like boyfriend problems.? or money problems, parents problems.
Only those with unsolved problems cannot sleep.
Leave all the problems out of the bed room.take a cup of milo and go to sleep.
Try not to take sleeping tablets,as this will become habitual.
First, you have to establish a routine. Go to bed the same time every night. Do the same thing every night. Second, cut out all caffeine. This includes chocolate. Third, drink a warm cup of tea or milk before bed. Fourth, make the room completely dark. Fifth, I keep a game of solitare on one of those hand-held devices. It makes you tired.

If that doesn't work, try taking 1-2 Tylenol PM's about 45 minutes before going to bed.
Try making a herbal pillow. A friend of mine was having trouble to sleep before an important exam and was having nightmares, this helped.
Stitch a small pillow of muslin or another light weight fabric to create a pillow that is able to be opened by putting Velcro at one end. This allows you to refresh the pillow from time to time with new herbs. You may wish to cover muslin pillow with a light weight, washable casing as well.
Combine together in a bowl:
1 cup mugwort
1/2 cup rose petals
1/2 cup German chamomile
1/2 cup of sweet hops
1/3 cup lavender buds
1/3 cup catnip crushed
1/4 cup peppermint
Mix the ingredients together, make cloth bags from a 5x12 inch piece of material, fill cloth bags with your mixture, sew the top of the bag shut, and sweet dreams.
