What would best mimic the sleep-inducing effects of a large meal, without the calories??


Question: A glass of milk and big plate of spaghetti with cheese sends me off to bed quite nicely, but I don't need a full meal every midnight. Any ideas?
Answers: Try melatonin...it's a simple amino acid that helps your sleep cycle. It's cheap(sort of) and comes in a sublingual(dissolves under the tongue) or a pill. It works great for me and my kids.
Drink gallons of water throughout the whole day, it will make you feel 'full' without adding calories. The downside is needing the bathroom 100 times a day.
