Once a person is lactose intolerent, Is there anyway to change this without taking pills??

Answers: There is no cure for lactose intolerance, but symptoms can be controlled through diet and choosing dairy-free, or lactose free alternatives.
I'm lactose intolerant and I've been on the pills for about 1 month now it helps great the milk taste the same to me and yes if you take the pills and eat all the dairy/lactose foods you enzymes may result to come back 1/3 of lactose intolerant people the enzymes form back hope it helped

Hmm, I'de research more into this, find out what others say, and you get a mix of everything right down to the point. Hopefully the person who suddenly became lactose intolerant can adjust to changes in their diet, or 3 day meals...
