Question: I have read all about this, so what do you think about milk vs banana vs turkey, etc. They are all different food groups, so even if they all help, there must be a difference.

Milk too has tryptophan, yet a small percentage of people seem to find it as a useful sleep aid.

i don't know about milk and bananas, but the trypophan in turkey has been proven to cause sleepiness.
