Question: As much as you may advise on strategies,i have tried some and its difficult,i really need tangible solutions,iam from a developing country and the cost of living is so high.Electives are an important part of my training.Electives among other things wil offer me a rare oppoturnity to be exposed to the practice of medicine in other parts of the world.Iam due for electives february/march 2007.
