Get a warm bath (or if you're up to it, soak yourself for 30 minutes or more in a bath tub in a bathroom filled with scented candles. Choose the scent that relaxes you. Once you've relaxed, go to bed and you'll fall asleep in a snap!
Melatonin pills, warm showers, relaxing music, hot tea, turn out the lights and make it quiet, deep breathing techniques, sleeping pills, etc... I have the same problem except I have to sleep during the day when everyone is awake and making all kinds of noises. I can't remember the last time I slept more than 4 hours in a row. I'm probably as tired as you are. Good luck!
take about 8 tylonal pms they will knock you out cold
take sleepin pillz get hung over
There are loads of pills you can take, but they can be addictive, try a relaxing bath with lavender and sipping calomile tea to calm yourself down. Also I finding reading in bed makes me very sleepy! Good Luck!
lots of things affect our sleep. are you worried about something?, do you have a stressful job?, are you sleeping during the day?.
you should try and set a routine for going to bed.
1. go to bed at the same time every night.
2. do not watch television in your bedroom.
3. have soothing colours in your bedroom.
4. don't drink any caffine after 6pm.
5. sprinkle your pillow with lavendar oil.
6. have a bath before you go to bed to help you relax.
if this does not work then i would seek medical advice for the problem. it could be something which needs investigating.
good luck!
A warm bath and getting straight into bed helps me alot.
