Answers: Milk has lots of calcium inside of it and vitamin D. The vitamin D and calcium are needed for your bones to grow. So milk will help your growth because it is supplying what your body needs to grow.

Your body will not grow 4 inches in six months; that is much faster than your body grows. You may grow a couple of inches in a year, but most likely not 4.

If you need hard solid answers, try talking to your doctor. He or she should be able to help you.
Milk makes bones strong because of the calcium it contains.

Your genetic structure determines how tall you will be. You have plenty of growing to do.

Look around and see how tall your family is. Chances are you'll be around or near that height.
