Is milk bad for your brachial arteries??

Question: I read that milk blunts the effect of tea, (good for heart) so is it bad for your arteries whether it is in tea or not?
Answers: Milk contains cholesterol. Cholesterol is bad for your arterties, so I think it could follow that it might be bad for your brachial arteries as well.
