Conventional butter milk is healthier than milk...no doubt...
I meant butter milk prepared in the old home made technique which contains less of fat and slightly fermented....

Curd and buttermilk are predigested forms of milk. So the body can assimilate them more easily. Especially good for convalescing. If you have stomach upsets try taking some curd. You will find your stomach upset is gone with in no time. Buttermilk is excellent in summer. This has less fat than either milk or curd.
