Does milk really get you taller??
Question: I wanna get taller coz im just 5'0 and i wanna lift weights. i am 14
Answers: No, a lot of common beliefs about milk are myths proliferated by the dairy industry. You will only get as tall as your genes say you will, and there is nothing wrong with being short. I'm 5'9 and I'm dating a guy who is 5'4. Height isn't everything.
well its actually up to genetics if both your parents are short chances are you'll be short to but milk does generate bones
no
but it does help your bones to grow stronger and that will help with the growing of your bones
i cant say if drinking it makes you taller but it makes you be able to bulk up easier. I drank milk when i was younger alot and i have found my self naturaly bigger then most people. i was a little chubby at first because milk is high in fat (even 2%) but if you are working out and drinking milk you will be grate. very good combo just make sure that what everyou do you keep calcium in your system or your muscles will have a harder time reparing them selves
A high-protein diet will assist your body in reaching your full genetic height potential. If your parents are both 5 feet tall, you might not make 6 feet, but you will maximize your height by eating properly. Milk by itself won't make any particular difference, but it has 8 grams of protein per 8 ounce glass, and that will contribute to your 56 grams you need daily. (A serving of lunch meat, say, has 20 grams, like any other animal protein.)
it gives you Strong bones
Milk doesn't make you taller, it's good for you and you should definitely drink it. If you wanna lift weights, then lift weights! It won't stunt your growth, that's just a rumor, (unless maybe you start body building and adding massive amounts of muscle, but that's not likely huh)
