Why if I drink deslactozated milk I´m still with upset stomach??

Answers: Maybe you are not lactose intolerant. You may have gastritis, an ulcer, gastric reflux, etc. To see if you are lactose intolerant, get lactose tablets and take them before drinking milk of any kind. If you do not have stomach pain with the milk or milk product, then you are lactose intolerant. Lactose intolerant people have severe stomach pain after ingesting milk, not just an upset stomach or ache. If after using lactose tablets, you still have stomach pain, then I would suspect that you may have an ulcer or gastritis. Gastritis is an inflammation of the lining of the stomach and can cause constant stomach ache or pain. You may have food allergies that are causing the gastritis. Gastric reflux is regurgitation of the stomach contents into the esophagus which can cause additional problems. I would recommend staying away from drinking any kind of milk if you are over 20 years old. As we age, we lose the enzymes to digest cows milk. Try goat's milk instead or soy milk. It's better for your health anyway. Get OTC Prilosec and take one a day to help with the stomach pain. If you have gastritis this will help. Ulcers are caused by a specific bacteria which are now cured with antibiotics. If the Prilosec doesn't work after about a week or two, go to your doctor to make sure you don't have an ulcer. Good luck!
You might have a dairy allergy or be intolerant of the way the milk is pasturized.
Dairy products are very difficult for the body to digest, not just because of the lactose.

Many people have an intollerance to dairy products and this shows up with upset stomach or exhaustion, chronic conditions such as auto immune disorders also have been cleared up just by elliminating dairy in some people.

If you get an upset stomach when you eat or drink dairy products why not stop them?

You could change to rice milk or coconut milk, see how they work for you if you insist that you need a milk product.

Two choices: it is truly the protein of the milk that you can not digest OR you lack enough digestive enzymes and can help by taking an enzyme natural product pill.
