Does the regular milk we buy from the store came from hormonally injected cows??

Answers: unless you buy it from the health food section and/or it's labeled BGH free, the chances are yes.
What does it matter? Where you going to get milk - from the farm directly? And if that matters, then what of all the other things that are in the market/store that have added chemicals. Like an apple with growth or color hormones/dies? Like bananas sprayed with pesticides? How about your floride water from your kitchen sink? Unless you're allergic to the modern world - and there are a few like that - what are you going to do about it? You breathe air - what about all the stuff mixed with it?
unless it is labeled that hormones were not used, then probably. Lots of companies are going away from using them, and they usually let you know.

Yes.

You are better off taking Calcium Citrate 5-600 mg. Usually comes along with D and Magnesium.

Get it at a local health store or vitaminshoppe.com.

Irritation, stomach upset and asthma will go away completely or diminish.
