My neck my back, my neck and my back!??
Question: i have neck pains and lower back pains , im too poor to go to a chyropracter, and i am too young to have these problems, but i do...my backs been hurting for about 2years now and my neck, about 6months....any way i can permanently fix this? or at least make it seem that way?
Answers: I have a few recommendations for you to help your back and neck pain:
1. Do some back and neck exercises. It is free and often times can help you. If your problem is muscle related, exercising will strengthen them.
Try these sites:

2. Be sure you are using correct posture. Slumping can cause neck and back pain
3. Use heat or ice packs, whichever works best for you
4. Use correct lifting mechanisms, to avoid injury to neck or back.
Good luck. I hope you feel better!
It could be scoliosis. (I have it and I'm thirteen. It's very common for younger people.) My dad used to tease me and call me an old lady because I would complain that my back would hurt. Well on night he took me to the ER for breathing problems. (Not related to scoli...it was a panic attack.) You NEED to go SOMEWHERE to get this fixed. It can turn into a life threatening problem. I have to get surgery for mine. My top curve is 61 degrees and my bottom curve is 51 degrees...and borderline for surgery is 40 degrees. You should get your back X-Rayed.
Fix it yourself, its available just search and read.
You would be surprised at what some chiropractors will do for you. Many treat people on a sliding scale based on income. Try your local free health clinic and ask if they work with any chiropractors or physical therapists who can evaluate the cause. If your income is low and you have no insurance then you should qualify for state assistance. If so, health care is provided to you free.
