I swallowed a ring pull yesterday???
Question: What is going to happen to me ????
Will I die??
Will the aluminium melt inside my body??

Urgent endoscopy is indicated for patients who have swallowed aluminum soda can tabs or toothpicks, since these objects are not visible on plain radiographs and both have a relatively high incidence of complications. If the history is clear, proceed to endoscopy; if unclear, CT scanning may be used to confirm the presence of the foreign body before endoscopy.

You should drink plenty of fluids to help your GI tract move it along. However, if you get severe abdominal pain you should go to the ER immediately! You could possibly have a bowel obstruction. If you swallowed this thing a day ago you'll probably be ok.
