I suggest you seek emergency medical attention now and get some help. Get a counselor to talk to and get some support on what is going on with you and why you wanted to kill yourself with Tylenol, I mean come on, Tylenol? You seriously need help and fast, there is no excuse for wanting to kill yourself, no matter what one thinks and no matter how bad you may think your life may be. Ya know therre is always someone else who thinks there life is worse and probably is worse than yours. I know there is no reason for ending a like on purpose, it is so serious. It takes days and is very painful - you will not be unconscious as it causes slow liver and kidney failure over a few days.
Once they are ingested/absorbed there is no treatment.
The only option you have NOW is to go immediately to an ER and get your stomach washed out before they are absorbed.
I have watches lots of young people take them then 2 days later change their mind and don't want to die only to have NO MEDICAL options to save them. It is VERY sad and a VERY horrible way to die.
If you are not aware kidney and liver failure is a VERY unpleasant way to die.
