Sleeping problem??


Question: I am not sleeping early even if I am tired.And I wanted to wake up early but I could not .I am waking up at 11:00 missing every class.
Any solution ??????+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Answers: Get up and do some exercise every morning. That'll get you going. That should also make you more tired by the end of the day so you can get to sleep earlier.
Get up at the same time every day. After a while, you'll reprogram your body clock and you can get up on time.
listen to music to fall asleep faster...not the noisy ones though...
