Sleeping disorder??
Question: For the past 2 weeks I have been having terrible problems with sleep.
I have been getting to bed at about 10-11pm each night, but not going to sleep until 4 or 5 am. I wake again at around 9pm, an hour before my alarm is due to go off.
All I want to do is sleep and it isn't working. I'm managing only 4 hours at the end of the night.
This is really frustrating, what can I do?
Answers: I had the same problem, I tried drinking tea, taking baths, going to sleep at different times, nothing worked...my sister-in-law (she's a nurse) told me to take Advil PM at bedtime, it slowly made me drowsy and I was able to sleep 6 straight hours, after three days I was able to fall asleep without taking them.
When you can't sleep your whole world is screwed up, you can't even think straight.
I had the same problem two months ago. And I drank a cup of camomile tea with meant and honey and took a bath with lavender. I 've also heard that it is advisable to hang or put lavender near the bed or under the pillow but can't say for sure because never tried.
have a good f**k that usually does the trick 4 me, good luck!!
