How to cure upperback and neck pain permanently??
Answers: seek for some massage therapy regularly... eventually it will help..
try to strengthen your neck muscles, the weight of your unsupported head will cause neck and back pain.
with exercise this should relieve your pain in time.
operations do not seem to work!!
see a pain specialist. if you have abulge disc or something you might need surgery or if its arthropathy you might be able to get away with epidurals
There is no permanent pain relever. Aleve helps at times though. massages do help to. But like i said, unfortunetly there is no permanent cure for it. not yet anyways.
If it is not mechanical, but soft tissue, raising your pain tolerance through natural foods may help. I think it got rid of my bone spur pain - with the help of orthotics.
Check out the pain link at www.hufa.org's front page, and see if that sounds right for you.
I wish I had the answer to that. I believe most people's upper back and neck pain is caused by stress and working conditions like sitting in front of a computer for hours. I find that massage therapy does wonders, but of course the results are temporary.
Where there is blockage, there is pain.
Your backbone must have some obstructions.
Try consult a Chiropractictioner. He'll tell if your vertebrate is allright.
Get massages regularly and possibly consult a chiropractor about the condition. Maybe xrays will show an indefinite reason for the issue?? Massgaes are more than just relaxing, they bring blood and oxygen to the tissue to relax it and heal it....
