My ankle is slightly swollen, mildly hurts to walk, and is tender to the touch. What could be wrong??

Question: I haven't had an injury to it. I've been doing a lot of walking lately and started a new workout regimen. What is the problm and what is the solution?
Answers: Maybe you've sprained something.
Try taking it easier on that leg for a while and use some ICY/HOT gel. It works as well as Ben Gay without that Ben Gay smell.(p.u.~lol)
sounds to me like you might have twisted your ankle or sprained it. Although it'll be uncomfortable, it'll ease the pain a bit. Try wrapping your ankle with guaze. I've heard there are some jells or ointments that help the muscles relax.
its called a bruise.
You may have tweaked your ankle a little bit, check with your Dr. if it does not feel better soon.
