I have a headach daily??

Question: i have a headach daily since 2 weeks i am 15 years old i have the headach when i get up of sleeping in morning this is making me angry plz reason and solutions fast
Answers: My guess is that your sleeping strange or too long. If your bed for example is at a slight angle it can put pressure on you neck resulting in a head-ace. So when you sleep tonight be very aware of how you go to bed try another position make sure you don't have too many things like blankets or pillows under you. It it continues for more than a couple of days make sure to tell an adult. Better safe than sorry.
Sounds like you could be sleeping too much, or you need a new pillow. Sometimes when you sleep you put your body in a wierd position, and this can cause you to have problems when you wake up. You might also have allergies, and be waking up and your nose being stopped up and that might cause you to have a headache.
You might have migraines?- go to the doctor or you could try excedrin for migraines
It happens to a lot of teens, it has a lot to do with hormones, and your body's working hard to organize and regulate them all.

But there are some things you can try.

It could be your mattress or pillow - maybe they don't give you the right support when you're sleeping and your neck muscles are stressed.
Try a thinner, softer pillow and see if that helps.

It could be what you may be eating at night before you go to bed - heavy starches and proteins can interfere with blood circulation as your body tries to digest the food, and that can cause headaches.

It could be an allergic reaction to something, like your laundry detergent or soap. That can clog up the sinuses so you don't get enough oxygen during the night.

It could be, because you're 15 and growing a lot right now, that you aren't getting enough vitamins and minerals from your food. Try a good multi-vitamin/mineral supplement, plus an extra calcium/magnesium supplement (that is great for sleeping and headaches).

Try using a little lavender oil on your temples before you go to bed, it can help the body relax so you sleep better.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

Im not sure excatly what your specific problem is but i used to get a headache daily also, i got mine because of stress go talk to your doctor.
what are you eating. have a 5 hr. glucose test it will show your sugar levels that could be a source of headakes. or maybe you are not getting enough sleep anxiety stress . look at your lifesyle I am sure you will find the answer
You need to go to the docotor and see if you have pinched a nerve. Or you may be at risk of a stroke. If you have a daily headache then there may be something seriously wrong.
Tell your Mom or Dad. It's not normal to have a headache last more than one day. Something is wrong and you will probably need to go to the doctor to find out what it is. Could be an allergy, could be hormonal inbalance could be many things, please tell your folks so they can get you some relief.
Have you changed your diet at all? If you stopped drinking caffeine that could do it. Are you taking any medication? Or, you could be clenching your jaw/grinding your teeth in your sleep. Try getting a night guard from wal-mart and see if it helps. Also, if you notice you're tense (shoulders tight, jaw clenched) through-out the day, just try to relax your muscles. That could be giving you a headache without you even realizing.
