Answers: To get good sleep stop worrying and drink warm milk. Stress is the number one culprit that causes insomnia. :-)
One of the best ways is to stick to a schedule - try to rise and fall around the same time each day. It also helps to relax before going to bed - allow your body to slow down. This means, don't check email or myspace before going to bed. Instead, take a nice, long bath and/or listen to soothing music. My mom's trick when I was a kid was to give me a glass of warm milk. (Adding chocolate to the milk, though making it more appetizing, actually works against sleeping - chocolate has caffeine.) Long, deep breaths can also help to relax you.
pop 2 tylenol pm them suckers will have you slepping in 10 min. trust me thats what i use when i can't sleep.

sleep everyday in the same time , without drinking any kind of coffee in the evening
but for now drink yogurt and it will help you

Don't go to bed worrying about anything or thinking about anything (I know - easier said than done). But seriously, every time I find my mind wandering when I'm trying to hit the hay I can never fall asleep!
Camomile tea. Meditation. Reading. Stop thinking about the fact that it is 3:45 and you can't sleep. And finally, get off the computer. It's keeping you up. Good night.
buy yourself a red bottle non perscribed melatonin it will knock you out it is not A drug it is for great sleep i take 1 1/2 pills every night before i lay down then like 15 mins later im asleep
Don't exercise or eat anything an hour or two before you go to bed.
Avoid caffeine after 3:00p.m.
Read a book in bed - that always helps me
