How to make yourself relaxed and tired enough to sleep??


Question: ive taken an hour long nap so im not tired, but i need to go to sleep at a decent time tonight. ive heard that drinking milk may help? any ideas are appreciated, thanks.
Answers: i suffer from mild insomnia...there are a few things that can help...first of all try only using your bed for sleep...if you read or watch TV in bed your body and mind adapt to stay awake when you lay down...also if you don't want to see a doctor about it or you don't think it's that serious there are non prescription sleep aids available at your local grocery or drug store...
run, go go go go, lol when you get tired catch you breath and sleep!
