What is best to drink the morning after a heavy nights drinking??

Answers: water definitely, alcohol is dehydrating and that's why you get a hangover. Better still drink a glass of water for every 1 or 2 drinks you have on the night and a glass when you get home and you wont have a hangover

Water is the best but I find very cold, flat coke works well.
It only works if it's proper coke though and not cheap supermarket own brands.
It's relieving because it's cold and the caffeine in it helps perk you up, because it's flat the gas doesn't make you feel sick and the sugar gives you energy and stops you feeling all shaky.
It works when you have the flu too.

Full sugar Coke (not diet) and then plenty of water plus a bag of crisps. Your body needs to re-hydrate, but it also needs to re-balance the salt and sugar levels. This remedy was recommended to me by a GP and it works every time

If you don't think you'll wake up, do it before you go to bed so that your body has time to rehydrate you before you wake up, you'll avoid the usual banging headache.

Gulp down two pints of water and take two paracetomol, because water has no sugars in it it runs straight through this means flushing all the acohol out your sysytem quick style you will run to the loo a lot but the paracetomol will straitghten you up to also eat something small to start your motabolism running this helps to burn up the sugars in the alcohol you drank the night before you should be ok by lunch time
