but i feel really gassy 2?
how do i stop all this cabbage poo and what is this pain i am feeling?
any other info would be great?!
Answers: The pain if probably hard faeces collecting in your lower bowel. It's probably too much for dulco ease to sort , try sennakot liquid, lactulose liquid, speak to a pharmacist for advice about laxatives.Try orange juice, prunes. adding fibre to your diet, bran, oats etc;will also help
don't let it go much more than a couple of days before seeing your gp though.
The piles will be caused by the straining you need to do to pass what's coming. the more you strain the worse the piles will become.

EDIT
For tonight use a hot water bottle on your tummy, it will help to relax the bowel and any spasms which cause the pain.
Don't worry honey honestly, it's not serious, you just need to change your diet to include the above
eat fiber one cereal and have some prune juice or apples also
there are medications over the counter for this
if it doesnt get better see a doctor
do you have irritable bowel syndrome if not try more fibre in your diet like bran flakes, muesli
also try drinking strong coffee ,pineapple ,grapefruit or prune juice daily
also try laxative for a few days not long term use like senokot
funny subject, but I can relate. for a long time I used to go through this, do you know what it ended up being? my diet. I was eating horribly, and it finally was catching up to me. pills, fiber stuff helps but it won't take away the problem for long term, and they can add more stomach pain. try eating more whole grains during the day, and more fruit and veggies. stay away from the high fat and sugared things. fast food is so hard on our bodies. sometimes that is all we can get, so if you just tried eating as good as you could as often as you could it will make a huge difference in less than a week. you must keep up on it though or it will return. if it gets too bad before you can do this, then you may need to see a doctor for some fast drugs, but after wards I would really consider trying to make a change in your diet. if you are already eating good, and you are getting pleanty of fiber from natural food then it may be a bigger problem. good luck
The first thing i would do is calm down stress will make it worse. If you are in the UK then call NHS direct they will tell you what to do from there but stay clam. If your not in the UK then contact a doctor asap
Try eating/drinking Epsom salt. It helps with that =D
your only problem here is constipation, and while it may make you wish to die, it isn't likely to kill you. The problem is that you eat the wrong foods and don't drink enough water, and the dulco product you are taking is a laxative, it doesn't do anything to soften your stool. There are ways you can help yourself. Eat more raw veggies and fruit, cut out fast food and candy. Drink water, at least two liters every single day. Get some DOCUSATE SODIUM, from the druggist, it is available without prescription, take two a day with lots of water. It works to pull water into the stool and soften it. Get daily exercise, that helps your bowel to process better too.
The pain you feel is two fold, the size and hardness of your fecal matireal and gas trapped behind it stretching your bowel.
You can also try an OIL retention enema, also available at your drugstore, it is an enema that you retain for as long as you can, it serves to soften stool near the rectum and make it easier to pass.
But seriously, if you don't want to go thru life with this problem, you have to eat right, and drink enough water, a minimum of two liters every single day.
Water is great - as is increasing your roughage intake. You need a really good diet including loads of fruit and veggies - and try your best not to strain - that will only aggrevate the piles. Make sure you get plenty of orange juice too - is a natural laxative.
go to the chemist and ask for some lactose, its very sweet if your not diabetic, it softens the poo but you need to eat natural things like sunflower seeds, which taste like peanuts. And you need to check your diet, if you are taking pain killers they will constipate you
There is such a thing as too much fibre.
It sounds like IBS...
If you have diarrhoea or constipation along with pains, bloating, rumbling, and sudden urge to go to the toilet, then yes it may be IBS, go see your doctor.
Once you have IBS, you have it for life.
hope your ok
I really feel for you, I suffer from a simular thing but I think my problem is dietry. I try to eat fibre but Im not keen on vegetables. I think you should go to your doctors, I know its embarrassing but It will be worth it to get it sorted.
All the best.
#1: GO TO YOUR DOCTOR. It's embarrassing to you, but it's a normal topic to a GP.

#2: How's your diet? Are you getting enough fibre in the way of fresh fruits and veggies and whole grains (water won't help much, if you're getting your minimum daily)? Are you eating too many foods that can cause constipation, such as cheese? Your doctor can evaluate your diet, but if that's not the problem then you may have something seriously wrong with your digestive tract.

Blood is a huge red-flag, please go see your doc!
