Question: My Aunt had it before she die all 3 of them, My Grandpaw had a bad heart too before he died.
She died because of it, my Grandpaw died because he had a Heart A. that is why he died back 1957 .
my aunt died back in Dec. of 2003
Answers: Diabetes is such a bad mother of diseases, and if left undiagnosed , untreated , make a hell in ones body and the time when one knows about the diabetes its too late either some organ has been effected.(most effected organs herat , kidnets, eyes)
So if you want to live a long and healthy life and dont want to die due to diabetes/ diabetes complications change your life style, eating habits (eat low carbo high fibrous diet) .Avoid sugary foods, start exercise (walk and then increase it gradually)

Effects on your health can be broken down into two main categories: genetics and environment.
Some people can have bad genetics for the aforementioned ailments, but live in a healthy manner and fair just fine. Other people might have good genetics, but choose to live an unhealthy life and have a terrible time with those issues.
Because you already know that you have a family history for these types of things, you need to keep your blood pressure and cholesterol down as well as eat right (moderate sugar intake) and excercise if you don't want to follow in their unfortunate footsteps. The best medicine is preventative care.
If you don't eat right, exercise every day and drink adequate amounts of water, yes, you too can develop heart disease and/or Diabetes and die from it.
