Answers: It is actually Huntington's Chorea... you heard it right.
Huntington's is a degenerative brain disease that can be inherited from your parents. If one of your parents has it, you have a 50% chance of getting it. Basically your brain degenerates slowly. At first, you have small involuntary jerky movements and some coordination problems. As the disease progresses, you loose control your motor abilities and have trouble speaking and swallowing. The involuntary muscle movements get worse and you become more impaired in your cognitive abilities. Most patients die within 15-20 years of the diagnosis.
Huntington's Chorea is a ressive genitic neuodegenerative disease.
Huntington's chorea is a very rare degenerative nerve disease. It is inherited and each generation that gets it can have far worse symptoms of it. No treatment is yet avaiable and during the final stages people have to be placed in homes.
