Hi, every1.I have really bad pimplas on my face, i tried some tips but again i dont kow how to get rid of it .?

Question: My doctor said it's just becuase of stress and eating choclates i am not sure, should i stop eating choclate? or even milk. i tried using water profe creams but its still the same.
Answers: I used to have bad pimples on my face and neck, then i tried putting a little bit of alcohol on a washcloth and gently running it over my face, it dried up the pimples in a few day's, but you would have to make shore you didn't get dry skin though from it since it is an astringent.
im not sure about eating chocolate or drinking milk. but i know greasy food does give u more pimples because it increases the amount of oil on ur skin obviously. drink more water eat more vegtables. and yes stress is bad for ur skin. try to sleep more and at regular bed times (10pm to 2am is the most important).
No doctor would directly link pimples with stress and chocolate. That's a myth, and if this doctor really told you that I'd recommend finding a new one.
It's actually too much sugar in your diet that may contribute to acne problems, so eating one candy bar won't suddenly make your face break out. (unless you eat one candy bar every hour - you'd need 'special' help if that's the case)

Good luck with your pimplas ! ;)
Stress is, occasionally, a factor but chocolate is not. Assume you are in your 'teens when acne is, mainly, caused by hormones. Have your doctor give you a referral to a dermatologist but, meanwhile, check the yellow pages for a place near you which carries organic skin care products and have someone help you with product selections.
